The coffee is great! The delivery is garbage absolutely the worst

it I certainly If it wasn't for my oldest son who made me my first cup of this coffee I probably wouldn't have tried it. I was up visiting with him and the grandkids and I'm glad I tried I certainly love it the taste is worth waiting for thank you all.

Really rich coffee flavor, with an added boost from brain-charging mushrooms. I usually drink coffee black, but this needs a bit of milk (any kind) to hide the subtle taste of other ingredients. Don't let this deter you. It's excellent.

There is a distinct shilajit taste that I have evolved in to enjoying. This is my second bag and am hoping this can bring back some of my youthful stamina. At 68 years old, I need all the help I can get! Lol

I am really glad I tried this brand. Other mushroom coffee is too high acid. I have pretty bad heartburn/acid reflux if I indulge in more than 2 ounces of coffee. That is NOT a lot of coffee!! A cup is 8 ounces. I have been drinking Upcup for more than 40 days now daily and been getting a lot of benefits. Low acid- thank god!! And, lots of energy and no brain sluggish. The mushroom blend is really great!
I ordered the wrong size and I do think that for 12 pods, this is expensive. It is perfectly portioned however so I just transferred the grounds over to my old fashioned coffee maker. And I was able to donate the pods to a friend who needs low acid coffee, so it worked out.
I absolutely love the product. The delivery and timeliness of the deliver is where my problem lies. I have sent numerous emails that I never was delivered my shipment before my last shipment. The one response I did get said they would send me two shipments right away. Which never came.
